  • NA-129 Lahore: 27 candidates
  • NA-66 Wazirabad: 30 candidates
  • PP-87 Mianwali: 19 candidates

These by-elections have been triggered by various causes: the passing of veteran politician Mian Muhammad Azhar (NA-129), and the disqualifications of Muhammad Ahmad Chattha (NA-66) and Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar (PP-87).

As per the Election Commission of Pakistan’s schedule, a final list of candidates will be confirmed following the scrutiny and appeals process. Election symbols are set to be allotted on August 26, and polling across all three constituencies is scheduled for September 18.
