Lahore: Speaker Punjab Assembly (PA) Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan has said articles 62 and 63 of the constitution are signs of dictatorship which were used against democracy.
” I am strongly opposed to article 62 and 63 of the constitution. I say it should be uprooted and thrown away. It can not be done so that these clauses be used as per one’s sweet will, he said this while addressing a press conference here in Lahore.
Notices were sent to some opposition members. Assembly has to run as per rules and regulations, he added.
