ISLAMABAD: In a high-level meeting held in Abu Dhabi, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, met with the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, to discuss strengthening development cooperation between the two countries.
The discussions focused on expanding ADFD’s support for critical infrastructure and energy projects in Pakistan, as well as identifying new avenues for sustainable investment. Both sides expressed a strong commitment to enhancing bilateral economic ties and fostering shared growth and prosperity.
On the same occasion, Senator Dar presented the Hilal-e-Quaid-e-Azam award to Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi on behalf of the President of Pakistan. The prestigious honor was conferred in recognition of Al Suwaidi’s outstanding contributions to the advancement of Pakistan-UAE relations, particularly in the field of development cooperation.
