Web Desk; A senior police officer was martyred when unidentified gunmen attacked a police station in the Bhag Nari area of Kachhi district, Balochistan, on Monday night.
According to initial reports, the assailants entered the police station after sunset, opened indiscriminate fire on personnel, and later set the building ablaze.
Police Inspector Lutf Ali Khosa was killed instantly during the intense exchange of gunfire.
Following the attack, police and security forces swiftly arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and launched a search operation to trace the attackers.
Authorities have started assessing the extent of the damage to the station and launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the assault.
