Car-Truck crash in D.I. Khan kills five, including siblings

D.I.Khan; A tragic collision between a car and a truck in Tehsil Paharpur, Dera Ismail Khan (D.I. Khan), has claimed five lives.

According to local sources, the accident occurred due to over-speeding on Chashma Road in the area of Kirri Khaisore.

All five occupants of the car were killed on the spot. Rescue 1122 officials reported that the deceased included four men and one woman, all residents of D.I. Khan. The bodies were promptly transported to the hospital in Paharpur.

Eyewitnesses said a large number of locals gathered at the accident site and helped retrieve the bodies from the mangled car before rescue teams arrived.

The victims have been identified as Roda Munir, Muhammad Motasim, Muhammad Talha, driver Wasim Ullah, and Tufail. Among those who lost their lives were two brothers and their sister, adding to the heartbreak of this devastating incident.

Authorities are investigating the crash, which highlights persistent dangers posed by reckless driving.
