We had written note to chief justice and upon it division bench was constituted.

Division bench ordered to send the appeals pending hearing in high court to district courts.

Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan said only consultation was made in that full court. But  no decision was made to  send back the appeal pleas.

All the cases were returned to district courts by constituting  bench of two junior judges.

The decision for hearing the pending appeals or returning them should have been made in full court.

No opinion was sought from the judges with whom the appeals are pending hearing.

The court said several cases  were heard 80 percent. Now these have been sent to district courts. Hearing will start again in district courts.

The court while seeking more assistance adjourned the hearing of the case till July 8.
