MULTAN – In a significant boost to Pakistan Army’s combat capabilities, Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir on Friday inaugurated the induction of the advanced Z-10ME attack helicopter at Multan Garrison.
The development marks a key milestone in modernizing the Army Aviation fleet amid evolving regional security challenges.
Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, visited Multan Garrison where he officiated the induction of the Z-10ME attack helicopter into Pakistan Army Aviation’s fleet.
During the visit, the Army Chief was given a comprehensive briefing on the operational readiness and ongoing training efforts of the formation.
Expressing his satisfaction, he reaffirmed the Pakistan Army’s steadfast resolve to protect the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
In a separate interactive session with scholars and members of civil society, the COAS highlighted the importance of national unity, strong civil-military cooperation, and a whole-of-nation approach in addressing hybrid threats and promoting societal stability.
While meeting with troops, Field Marshal Munir commended their high morale, professionalism, and combat skills. He praised the successful display of integrated battlefield tactics, underscoring the Army’s determination to retain strategic superiority in modern warfare.
