RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has extended interim bail of Bushra Bibi spouse of PTI founder Imran Khan till August 12 in 31 cases.
Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi took up for hearing 31 cases related to November 24 and November 26 protest.
Lawyers panel comprising Muhammad Faisal Malik appeared in the court from Bushra Bibi side.
Prosecutor Zahir Shah also appeared in the court.
Counsel Faisal Malik argued Bushra Bibi has not been included in investigation of these cases in the presence of her husband PTI founder Imran Khan. Investigation officer did not include her in investigation in Adiala jail in these cases despite court’s orders.The court extended interim bail of Bushra Bibi in 31 cases till August 12.
