ISLAMABAD: After the Pahalgam incident, India imposed a ban on all the top Pakistani YouTube channels, actors’ social media accounts and they also halted the release of all projects featuring Pakistani actors, including Fawad Khan and Hania Aamir. However, despite the restrictions, Hania Aamir’s film managed a successful worldwide release except India.
India Lifts Ban on Pakistani YouTube Channels
In a surprising turn, India has now suddenly lifted the ban on Pakistani YouTube channels, making them accessible to Indian audiences again. While Pakistani drama viewership dipped post-ban but popular shows like Mann Mast Malang, Sher, Dayan, and Parwarish continued to draw significant Indian viewership. This recent move of the Indian government is getting worldwide praise especially Indian viewers are quite happy.
