ISLAMABAD: Dayan is a Geo TV’s prime time drama serial which has been written by Fatima Faizan and Amber Azhar. It has been directed by Tere Bin fame director Siraj Ul Haq. The drama has been produced by 7th Sky Entertainment and it is one of the grand productions of Geo Entertainment. Ahsan Khan, Hira Mani, Mehwish Hayat and Osama Tahir, Shamil Khan, Sohail Sameer, Zainab Qayum, Afsheen Hayat, Nayyar Ejaz and Nida Mumtaz. Dayan’s story revolves around Bilal’s revenge from Zawar Shah’s family who takes her child away and attempts to kill her. Each episode of the drama serial is garnering 6 to 7 million views.
So far, 38 episodes of Dayan have been aired on Geo TV. In this episode, Zawar Shah’s sister Zakia passed away in the jail after cutting her vein and her dead body was brought to the house by the police. The recent unexpected and surprising twist in the drama sparked debate. Many fans expressed shock on Zakia’s death. A fan wrote, “Zakia cut her vein, how stupid?
