Islamabad (News Desk): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has welcomed the recent verdict of the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court regarding reserved seats, describing it as a historic step toward upholding the supremacy of the Constitution and law in Pakistan.
In a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Shehbaz Sharif congratulated his legal team and lauded their tireless efforts that contributed to the favorable outcome. The Prime Minister emphasized that the court’s decision has provided a correct interpretation of the law and reinforced the rule of law in the country.
He further urged the opposition to play a constructive role in the nation’s development and prosperity by cooperating with the government in the larger national interest.
