Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has declared that his government is stable and united, assuring that no member is leaving the fold and the provincial governor poses no threat to their position.
Speaking to the media in Peshawar, he said anyone wishing to table a vote of no confidence is welcome to try, as his government stands firm and confident in its majority. “The reality will come to fore”, Gandapur said adding: “had we not passed budget then government would have gone and fault would have been ours”.
It was propaganda of our own associates that budget be not presented and then they started making noise for not passing the budget.
He said ” I am going to resort to court for reserved seats on the basis of my own nomination papers. I am not independent. I am member of PTI. I have not mentioned myself as independent in my nomination papers. I had mentioned name of PTI in my nomination papers.
He further said the family members of river Swat incident affected family of Daska are demanding government job. Government job cannot be provided in KP on the basis of Punjab domicile. Rs 2 crore compensation will be given to family members at the rate of Rs 20 lac each. How Rs 2 crore have to be used we have given advice to them in this regard.
He held trade should be started with Afghanistan. They run for citizenship of other countries but they are not giving citizenship to Afghans.
