PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) while accepting KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur plea for extension in protective bail has ordered that he be not arrested in any case.
The court has directed the concerned authorities to file details. The petition for extension in interim bail in respect of Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing in PHC on Thursday.
PHC bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and justice Farah Jamshed heard the case. CM KP along with his lawyers team appeared in the court.
The counsel for petitioner told the court cases are registered against KP CM in different institutions including NAB and Anti corruption. But details of these cases have not been provided so far. The counsel told the court CM KP wants to appear in the courts. But apprehension of his arrest is there.
The court accepted the plea for extension in protective bail after hearing the arguments. The court also directed all the institutions to provide details of the cases forthwith.
The court also ordered CM be not arrested in any case.
