TEHRAN (MNN); Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Tuesday warned that it could target major US technology companies, including Apple, Google, and Meta, if further Iranian leaders are killed in what it described as “targeted assassinations.”
In a statement, the IRGC alleged that 18 companies were complicit in tracking and facilitating attacks on Iranian officials, warning that retaliatory action could begin from April 1. Other firms named included Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Tesla, Palantir Technologies, and Nvidia.
The Guards urged employees of these companies to leave their workplaces, claiming that firms involved in such activities would face “reciprocal action” for every assassination in Iran. The statement did not specify exact locations but warned residents near these companies’ facilities in the region to move to safe areas.
The threat comes amid ongoing tensions in the US-Israel war with Iran, as US President Donald Trump continues diplomatic efforts while also signalling potential escalation.
Iranian authorities have accused the US and its allies of targeting key leadership figures, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and senior officials, during the conflict.
Separately, Iran’s military said it had launched drone strikes targeting communications and industrial sites in Israel, including facilities linked to Siemens and AT&T. However, there was no immediate confirmation from Israeli authorities.
Earlier, reports indicated drone attacks had affected regional infrastructure, including facilities linked to Amazon in the Gulf.
Analysts note that despite significant losses among its leadership, Iran continues to demonstrate resilience and operational capability amid the ongoing conflict.
