SPORTS DESK (MNN); Senior journalist and Public Relations Officer Hameed Ali Khan has been appointed to the Media Coverage Sub-Committee for the 35th National Games, announced by the Sindh Department of Sports. For over three decades, Hameed Ali Khan has served as a media coordinator and PRO in the sports department.
Imran Sangi has been named coordinator of the committee, which also includes senior journalist and PRO Hameed Ali Khan, District Sports Officer Korangi Shakeel Ahmed, Mujahid Ali, Saleem Arif, and a representative of the Sindh Olympic Association.
Hameed Ali Khan has extensive experience covering major sports events, including two National Games, three Sindh Games, Sindh-Balochistan Games, and several provincial competitions. He previously served as media coordinator for the 2007 National Games in Karachi.
Sports circles in Karachi and Sindh, along with the Pakistan Sports Journalists Federation (PSJF) President Muhammad Iqbal Harper, Secretary General Muhammad Babar, Information Secretary Muhammad Qaiser Chauhan, and Central Executive Committee member Imran Sheikh, congratulated Hameed Ali Khan on his inclusion. They expressed hope that his participation would strengthen the committee’s performance and help ensure comprehensive print, electronic, and digital media coverage of the National Games.
