ISLAMABAD (MNN); Authorities have issued a public traffic advisory as several key routes in the Red Zone will remain closed during the ongoing Tri-Nation Cricket Series. The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has outlined road closures, alternative routes, and match schedules to help commuters plan their movement.
According to the advisory, Serena Gate, NADRA Gate, and the Express Entry Gate have been temporarily closed. Motorists are advised to use Margalla Road and Marriott Road as alternative routes. Those heading toward Club Road can use Seventh Avenue or Embassy Road via Srinagar Highway.

• 20 Nov – Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe
• 22 Nov – Pakistan vs Sri Lanka
• 23 Nov – Pakistan vs Zimbabwe

• 27 Nov – Pakistan vs Sri Lanka
• 29 Nov – Final Match
Officials further stated that Rawalpindi Metro Bus Service will remain suspended for one hour on match days due to team movements, with timings to be announced later. Over 300 ITP officers will be deployed to maintain smooth traffic flow, especially on Express Highway and Srinagar Highway, where congestion is expected during peak hours. Citizens have been advised to allocate an extra 15–20 minutes to their travel time and stay updated through official channels.
